The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for facilitating a positive customer service experience related to food and dining. Guides the patient through the daily menu selection process and acknowledges appropriate selections within diet parameters. Supports the delivery of meals to patient rooms and rectifying any service issues. High School diploma/GED required.
18 months to 3 years experience as a dietary aide/dining room server required. Familiarity with computers and
customer service experience preferred. Because the Hospitality Coordinator is always in contact with patients’
families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism.
