ProMedica`s senior care division, formerly known as HCR ManorCare, operates 335+ assisted living facilities, skilled nursing centers, memory care communities and hospice and home health care agencies. Services are provided in 26 states and currently operate under the brand names Heartland, ManorCare, ProMedica and Arden Courts. Over the next 18 months, the senior care entities will begin to rebrand to ProMedica.

Wanted: Passionate, Dedicated, Goal-Oriented, and Creative Recruitment Leader!
The Regional Recruiter evaluates staff needs and recruitment efforts for the area they cover. Recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends qualified applicant. Consults with company personnel regarding the hiring in assigned area and actively recruits for open positions. Assists with identification and development of career growth opportunities, works with corporate office to create and develop new recruiting programs, helps to define needs and and problem solve. Develops and implements local and regional ad campaigns. Has stong communication with both local and regional management, candidates, and pipelines. Presents a positive image of Heartland Home Health and Hospice. Travel to job fairs and conventions as needed, establish affiliations, and promote open opportunities.

This role will cover roles in our Central Division-OH, IN, VA, MD, and PA, work is remote but must live somewhere within the division.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Position Requirements
Recruiting experience required. Long-term care or home health care and hospice experience preferred.
