Join our corporate team in this career track position with a focus on data analysis and outcomes relating to the operations of MileStone Healthcare across all service areas. This position is based in Richardson, Texas, a suburb just north of Dallas.
Essential Job Functions
Managing the development of new services and assisting in all aspects of operations to ensure profitability; compiles and analyzes financial information; develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
Develops and analyzes financial reports related to ongoing key economic indicators.
Develops and implements management reports to facilitate informal decisions making.
Develops tools to automate and standardize forms and documents.
Reviews and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information and indicators have been recorded accurately.
Works with Management Team to identify, evaluate and assist in development of new service lines and specialty programs.
Prepare market studies to determine feasibility of specialty programs.
Assist in analysis related to contract administration, pricing and research.
Completes pro forma financial viability analyses and projections for health care service delivery projects.
Reviews contracts for new and expanded business to ensure consistency and accuracy in terms, service, offerings, and pricing.
Assists in strategic planning initiatives including compiling data for market studies.
Performs financial forecasting and completes account reconciliation.
Calculates and projects Net Revenue for client health care organizations.
Quickly grasps new concepts, knowledge of the working of hospital system, a certain degree of
creativity and latitude is required, works independently, well organized, strong work ethic, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
Provides “back-up” to all functions at the MileStone Corporate Office including but not limited to revenue cycle management, accounting and month end reporting, human resources and payroll, marketing and business development, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned and requested.
Bachelor’s Degree w/ Project Management, Accounting & Business Development training required. Master’s Degree preferred.
