Proficient PC skills. Working knowledge of copier, fax machine, and printers. Ability to operate switchboard, previous experience with multi-line system. Excellent communication skills. The ProMedica/HCR-ManorCare Shadyside facility is currently recruiitng for a part-time evening Receptionist/General Clerk. The evening Receptionist/General Clerk will work a 4-hour evening shift Monday through Friday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and be available to fill in on rotating weekends as needed. The evening Receptionist/General Clerk will be a part of the Administrative Department and will report directly to the Business Office Manager. We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic and courteous working professsional with impeccable customer service skills. The Receptionist/General Clerk will be responsible for greeting staff, residents, families, vendors and visitors on a daily basis. Other job duties include: answering incoming and/or internal calls, routine recordkeeping tasks, mail distribution, filing and other administrative duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
